Getting an apartment ready for rental involves many steps — but don’t worry, we have a proven formula to ensure your property is fully prepared, stands out from the competition, and is ready to welcome guests.
Description & photos We arrange professional photography and collect all the details about your apartment to create an engaging description and answer potential guests’ questions. Did you know the average Airbnb description is just 50 words, while the most successful listings have around 300 words? Guests want to know everything: Is there a hairdryer? Is the AC available in the bedrooms? How far is it from the beach? Do you have a microwave? Is the BBQ gas or electric? Every detail matters — and we make sure nothing is left out.
Essential Equipment Starting with a full inventory, we prepare a purchase list and equip your apartment with all rental essentials to guarantee a comfortable stay. Some items are mandatory, as we know they make a stay easier and lead to better reviews. We also supply welcome basics such as soap, shampoo, coffee capsules, towels, and fresh bedding.
How-to instructions Guests receive clear, step-by-step instructions on how to access the apartment — including videos and photos. Booking confirmations, welcome emails, and check-in details are all sent automatically, designed with user-friendly icons and visuals. Inside the apartment, we provide printed folders with Wi-Fi details, restaurant recommendations, and instructions on how to use appliances or where to dispose of rubbish.

Cleaning Our Cleaning Team makes sure your apartment is spotless for your guests’ arrival. We always clean at the same day of check out - to avoid wet towels and rubbish stay any longer than needed. We have cleaning procedures that ensure proper vacuuming, cleaning showers’ drains and terraces.
Supervision Every apartment is properly checked before check in - we make photos and videos after every cleaning which can be shared with the owner. Our managers control each apartment regularly to make sure all equipment works and check inventory after reservations.
Small repairs We fix all minor issues that are a result of a normal apartment usage within our fee.

After the stay we follow up with a personalized thank-you message.
We use professional booking software to manage multiple channels and send automated messages, ensuring guests receive timely updates and information. Our hospitality manager oversees a team of guest assistants who are available 24/7 via phone or WhatsApp.
This approach consistently delivers excellent ratings and helps properties we manage achieve and maintain Superhost status.

We help you make good money on your investment
We want to help you earn as much as possible on your property. A dedicated Account Manager is taking care of you and is at your disposal to discuss pricing, competition, occupancy and other topics. We provide you with tools and information to keep track of your income and the competition in your area. We also send reports about your property comparing the results with similar property in the region and suggesting to dos to improve. We use Hostawy application to give you live access to all your bookings, pricing and income reports.
Every month you receive a payout of the reservations deducted by our fee. It meas that:
- +10 000 - apartment monthly revenue from rental
- +200 - total monthly cleaning cost
- -2 200 (20% commission plus VAT)
