PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
FIXED MONTHLY FEE OF 50 EUR INCLUDING:
Secure key holding.
A bi-weekly security check on your property to ensure everything is in order and the property is secure.
Full office support including free translation service where needed and emergency assistance for you or your property.
Pre-arrival service carried out on your property to ensure your property is in top condition for your arrival (fresh air, open curtains, excl cleaning).
Helping to contact any extra services - if you require supervision we charge 20% of the cost estimate value.
Cleaning is the extra cost of 55EUR and laundry 36EUR per stay
