PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & KEY HOLDING

30 EUR monthly fee

Full office support including free translation service where needed and emergency assistance for you or your property

Secure key holding - pick up any time from our office

Helping to contact any extra services - if you require supervision we charge 15% of the cost estimate value

Check on your property to ensure everything is in order and the property is secure - 20 EUR

Pre-arrival service carried out on your property to ensure your property is in top condition for your arrival (fresh air, open curtains, excl cleaning) - 10 EUR

Cleaning 80-150 EUR and laundry 15 EUR per person

Check in of family/guests: 20 EUR per visit


LONG TERM RENTAL

If your property does not have a tourist license or you are simply interested in long-term rental, we offer a complete apartment rental management service — from preparing the listing to handing over the keys to the new tenant.
