Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, induction stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, pots and necessary dishes, and Nespresso coffee machine. SURROUNDINGS: The urbanization is close to golf clubs, hiking routes, reservoirs and the closest beach is just 500m. Note: The beach is very close to the apartment. Please note that you need to either cross A7 road at the roundabout which is the quickest but not super comfortable (around 5 min walk), if you want to use the bridge over the road it takes around 25 min walk. By car it takes 2 minutes to get to the beach. Self check-in. Complement your stay with: beach equipment, pool toys, work equipment, shopping delivery. Pricing upon request.
