Wake up to a breathtaking panoramic sea view in an apartment with new and modern furnishings. INTERIOR: - The apartment is split over two floors (duplex) and accommodates up to 8 guests. It features 3 bedrooms: - On the lower floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a pull-out trundle bed (90 x 190 cm + 80 x 190 cm). - On the upper floor: the master bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). - A third bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 190 cm mattresses on both upper and lower bunks). All beds are fitted with comfortable, high-quality mattresses and the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Towels and bed linen are included. - 3 spacious and modern bathrooms: 2 with showers and 1 with a bathtub. All bathrooms have hot water, shower gel and shampoo provided. A hairdryer and iron are also available. - Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, induction stove, toaster, boiler, pots and necessary dishes, and a coffee machine. - A cozy living area with sofa and a TV, opens to the private terrace with chairs and beautiful sea views. All of these facilities can be used at no additional cost. SURROUNDINGS: The urbanization is close to golf clubs, hiking routes, reservoirs and the closest beach is just 500m. Note: The beach is very close to the apartment. Please note that you need to either cross A7 road at the roundabout which is the quickest but not super comfortable (around 5 min walk), if you want to use the bridge over the road it takes around 25 min walk. By car it takes 2 minutes to get to the beach. Self check-in. Complement your stay with: beach equipment, pool toys, work equipment, shopping delivery. Pricing upon request. Do you need an extra bed for your child? You have the possibility of adding an extra bed or a cot to your stay for 10€ per night. Request it when booking!
