The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, kettle, toaster, blender, washing machine, necessary cookware and dishes, wine glasses and a coffee machine. All community facilities and parking can be used at no additional cost. SURROUNDINGS: The urbanization is close to golf clubs, hiking routes, reservoirs and the closest beach is just 5 mins by car (1.5 km). Note: The beach is very close to the apartment. Please note that you need to either cross the A7 road at the roundabout, which is the quickest but not the most comfortable option and takes around 25 minutes on foot, or use the pedestrian bridge over the road, which takes approximately 35 minutes on foot.
