Discover the coastal living in our new duplex apartment in the Blue Suites urbanization, with access to 3 swimming pools (1 heated pool opened all year), sauna and gym. Wake up to a breathtaking panoramic sea view in an apartment with new and modern furnishings. INTERIOR: - The apartment splits in two floors (duplex) and fits 4 guests: 1 double bedroom with a double bed and terrace, and 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds, all fitted with comfortable high quality mattresses and rooms equipped with air con. Towels and beddings included. - 2 spacious and modern bathrooms 1 with bathtub and 1 with shower, both with hot water, gel shower and shampoo. Hairdryer and iron available. - Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, induction stove, toaster, boiler, pots and necessary dishes, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. - A cozy living area with sofa and a TV, opens to the 30m2 private terrace with chairs and beautiful sea views. 50Mb WiFi in all the apartment. - Dining area available inside and outside, with a spacious table, perfect for family meals. - All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. It works with a timer that turns it off after 4 hours. All of these facilities can be used at no additional cost. SURROUNDINGS: The urbanization is close to golf clubs, hiking routes, reservoirs and the closest beach is just 500m. Note: The beach is very close to the apartment. Please note that you need to either cross A7 road at the roundabout which is the quickest but not super comfortable (around 5 min walk), if you want to use the bridge over the road it takes around 25 min walk. By car it takes 2 minutes to get to the beach. Automatic check-in. In case you need: we offer 24/7 service availability. Complement your stay with: beach equipment, pool toys, work equipment, shopping delivery. Pricing upon request. Do you need an extra bed for your child? You have the possibility of adding an extra bed or a cot to your stay for 10€ per night. Request it when booking! Important: - A cleaning fee applies. Please respect no-smoking indoors and no-pets policies. - Please note the following regarding lost keys or lockouts: If you require assistance to access the property due to a lost key or being locked out, a call-out fee will apply for support: 30€ on weekdays 8am-8pm, 50€ on weekends (Saturday and Sunday all day) and everyday after 8pm until 8am.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. Es war wirklich alles da, was man so benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit den Auto ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Terrasse hat uns am besten gefallen. Sie liegt sehr weit oben und man kann sie privat genießen. Das Meer war leider sehr kalt, sodass wir nicht schwimmen konnten. Nur im Pool. Die Tiefgarage war super zu erreichen.Das WLAN funktionierte nicht. Ich habe den Router neu gestartet, aber leider vergeblich. Wenn die Klimaanlage an war, gab es ein nicht überhörbares Knacken im Elternbad. Wir haben immer die Tür geschlossen und haben es nur noch wenig gehört. Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen.

We only stayed for 3 nights but enjoyed our stay. you do need a car, which was not an issue for us as we drove, and there is underground garage so keeps the car cool. place is clean and great view from the balcony. we stayed in May so the swimming pools obvoiusly still cold and thats where the inside swimming pool came handy, kids loved it. shower with good pressure and very warm water which is great. kitchen well equipped, the only thing I would say, I woul love to see some coffee pods for the start. there is 2 coffee machines and that is great, but not the most common pods and hard to get them especially when you arrive on saturday night and most of the shops are closed on Sunday. overall highly recommend.

Positive: This property is amazing, the apartment was spacious and clean, having everything you would need to make it feel like home for your holiday. The two balconies made for great relaxing and catching the sun, access to the indoor pool and sauna were an added bonus. Beach bar and restaurants all within a close walking range and so was the beach! Negative: Not the property itself we didn’t like. Poor planning on our part that any local shops were a distance to walk, you can do it but a car would be more practical for shops or restaurants.

Toutes petites améliorations possibles : nous n'avions pas bien compris la procédure d'arrivée et la piscine intérieure n'est pas du tout indiquée, nous l'avons cherchée longtemps. Malgré cela on note beaucoup d'efforts de l'hôte, qui s'est toujours montrée réactive !

It was not clear this was a two story apartment and we had an elderly person in the group. In addition the stairs did not ha e a handrail. The ac has a system which only works for 4 hours at a time so at 4 am we would wake up to reset it. Last one of the showers did not have curtains so it was a mess to shower.

Apartamento magnífico, con espectaculares vistas al mar, amplio salón cocina , cómodos dormitorios con sus baños en suite. Las terrazas al ser tan amplias permitían cenar y pasar buenas tertulias. Muy cerca de Torreguadiaro y Sabinillas con sus amplias ofertas gastronómicas. Amplias playas con fácil acceso y aparcamientos cercanos. Sin dudar lo recomiendo, han sido unas vacaciones muy agradables, toda la familia lo ha pasado genial.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 2 semaines dans ce très bel appartement, spacieux, avec vue sur mer et plage à proximité, et garage privé. Peu de monde dans la résidence donc piscines peu fréquentées et calmes. Localisation en dehors des zones touristiques denses et avec beaucoup d’activité : tout ce qu’on cherchait pour des vacances paisibles en famille.

Precioso apartamento duplex, muy amplio y en una urbanización muy tranquila. Hemos estado con dos niños mayores y nos ha parecido cómodo. Todo muy limpio y con facilidades (sombrilla, toallas para la piscina...) La única pega es la salida a la playa, hay que cruzar una autovía sin señalización ni paso de cebra.

Alojamiento precioso, moderno y con unas vistas maravillosas. Lo mejor, sin duda. Tiene ubicación estratégica, muy cerca de Sotogrande, Torreguadiaro, El Puerto de la Duquesa, Sabinillas...Lo único, hay que coger el coche para todo pero en la playa no había problemas de aparcamiento y así te evitas cargar trastos. Súper recomendable!!

O espaço é fantástico e a experiência não podia ter sido melhor. O lugar de estacionamento é super prático para quem viaja com bastante bagagem ou crianças - fica perto da entrada do edifício e do elevador. A casa tem uma vista deslumbrante e super bem equipada. O sofá da sala super confortável e os sofás exteriores também. Adorámos os quartos.

Tolle Wohnung mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr modern. Die Gastgeber sind sehr gut erreichbar und helfen bei Fragen und Wünschen weiter. Absolute Empfehlung!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Izabella’s place. It is a wonderful, modern space with fabulous views. She offers a lot of amenities that make the stay very comfortable. Having a beach umbrella and blankets was truly appreciated, because coming from Canada we weren’t traveling with those things. We wished we had more time to use the sauna area and other amenities. She recommended Ronda as a day trip and we built it into our departure day!!! Well worth it! Truly a great place!!!

Las fotos del anuncio me encantaron, pero vivirlo en primera persona fue alucinante. Lujoso apartamento, tranquilo, cómodo, sin ruidos… me sentí como en casa. Además, todo estaba impoluto y reluciente, tuvieron detalles de cortesía para hacer la estancia más agradable aún. No puedo poner ningún aspecto negativo. Volveremos encantados.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Eine Wohnung, welche einem den Atem verschlägt. Alles war blitzsauber, die Wohnung sieht aus wie neu, der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer und dem Schlafzimmer sind grandios. Es gibt einen Garagenstellplatz, welcher ein gewisses Maß an fahrerischer Fähigkeit voraussetzt. David, der Mann von Izabela, hat uns empfangen und uns in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Er war immer erreichbar und stand mit Vorschlägen an Restaurants zur Seite. Ich empfehle ihnen das Restaurant San Raphael und hier im speziellen das Kaninchen oder die Dorade, einfach köstlich. Precioso apartamento duplex, muy amplio y en una urbanización muy tranquila. Hemos estado con dos niños mayores y nos ha parecido cómodo. Todo muy limpio y con facilidades (sombrilla, toallas para la piscina...) La única pega es la salida a la playa, hay que cruzar una autovía sin señalización ni paso de cebra.

Tiene ubicación estratégica, muy cerca de Sotogrande, Torreguadiaro, El Puerto de la Duquesa, Sabinillas...Lo único, hay que coger el coche para todo pero en la playa no había problemas de aparcamiento y así te evitas cargar trastos. Súper recomendable!!

O lugar de estacionamento é super prático para quem viaja com bastante bagagem ou crianças - fica perto da entrada do edifício e do elevador. A casa tem uma vista deslumbrante e super bem equipada. O sofá da sala super confortável e os sofás exteriores também. Adorámos os quartos.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Izabella’s place. It is a wonderful, modern space with fabulous views. She offers a lot of amenities that make the stay very comfortable. Having a beach umbrella and blankets was truly appreciated, because coming from Canada we weren’t traveling with those things. We wished we had more time to use the sauna area and other amenities. She recommended Ronda as a day trip and we built it into our departure day!!! Well worth it! Truly a great place!!!

Alles war blitzsauber, die Wohnung sieht aus wie neu, der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer und dem Schlafzimmer sind grandios. Es gibt einen Garagenstellplatz, welcher ein gewisses Maß an fahrerischer Fähigkeit voraussetzt. David, der Mann von Izabela, hat uns empfangen und uns in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Er war immer erreichbar und stand mit Vorschlägen an Restaurants zur Seite. Ich empfehle ihnen das Restaurant San Raphael und hier im speziellen das Kaninchen oder die Dorade, einfach köstlich.
