Sunset Rental SL - Instagram Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

The contest is organized by Sunset Rental SL, a company registered in Spain with its registered office at Plaza Blanca 14, 11310 San Roque, CIF/NIF B16492902 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. Eligibility

To participate, entrants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
• Have a confirmed stay at any apartment managed by Sunset Rental SL during the Contest Period;
• Have a public Instagram account;
• Not be employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Sunset Rental SL or its affiliates.

3. Contest Period

The contest runs from August 1, 2025 at 00:00 CET to September 30, 2025 at 23:59 CET (“Contest Period”). Entries posted before or after these dates will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter by:

1. Posting a photo or video on Instagram taken during their stay at a Sunset Rental apartment;
2. Tagging the official Instagram account @sunset_rental_sotogrande;
3. Including the hashtag #sunsetrentalsotogrande in the caption.

✅ Multiple entries are allowed — the more content you post, the more chances you have to win.Each individual post (photo or video) counts as one (1) separate entry.

⚠️ Please note:

• Only public posts are eligible. If your account is private, you must send a screenshot of your post via direct message to @sunsetrentalsotogrande.
• Instagram Stories are not valid entries unless saved in a public Highlight visible during the Contest Period.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be the single post (among all eligible entries) that receives the highest number of "likes" on Instagram by September 30, 2025 at 23:59 CET.

If two or more posts receive an identical number of likes, the Organizer reserves the right to select the winner based on overall creativity, originality, and how well the post represents the Sunset Rental experience.

6. Prize

The winner will receive a €1,000 voucher valid toward a future stay at any apartment managed by Sunset Rental SL.

Prize terms:

• The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash;
• It must be used within 12 months from the date of issuance;
• Booking is subject to availability and standard Sunset Rental SL terms and conditions
• Tax is to be paid by the winner.

7. Winner Announcement and Claiming the Prize

• The winner will be announced via the @sunsetrentalsotogrande Instagram account and contacted by direct message no later than October 5, 2025.
• The winner must respond and confirm acceptance within 7 days. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of another eligible winner.

8. Rights to Content

By participating, entrants grant Sunset Rental SL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, repost, and share any entry (photo, video, caption, and Instagram handle) for promotional and marketing purposes in digital and print media, including social media, websites, and brochures.

9. Liability

• The Organizer is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical issues, or any failure of Instagram to register posts or likes.
• Sunset Rental SL reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest in case of fraud, technical failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Instagram Disclaimer

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any liability related to this contest.

11. Data Protection

Sunset Rental SL will process participants’ personal data (including Instagram handles and content shared) solely for the purposes of contest administration, winner selection, and prize delivery, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish laws.
